A brand new program, “Empowering Small Minnesota Communities,” will funnel a substantial amount of U of M capacity into small communities across the state.
County 4-H’er Honored by KIWANIS SUNRISERS OF WINONA Hanna Ward was recognized as the Winona County 4-H Youth Representative for the month of December. She is the daughter of Minnie and Randy Ward and a senior at St. Charles High School. She plans to attend Winona State to be an Elementary Teacher and to stay involved in agriculture during her summers off.

She is the daughter of Terri and Trevor Prigge, a senior at Lewiston-ALtura High School and a member of the Valley View Volunteers 4-H Club. Following graduation Tiegan plans to get her bachelor's degree in Radiography

She is the daughter of Sean and Deb Finnegan, a senior at Winona Senior High and a member of the Winona River City 4-H Club. Following graduation Bethany plans to attend Winona State University to major in BioChem with an end goal of being accepted into vet school.
