Gavin Warmkagathje was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of November. He is the son of Mary and Ed Warmkagathje, a member of the Little Valley Victors 4-H Club and a senior at Saint Charles High School.

Elliana Nelson was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of October. She is the daughter of Jeff and Melissa Nelson and a senior at Lewiston-Altura High School. Following graduation Elliana plans to attend college for Music Education. Elliana is a member of the Lewiston Helping Hands and Hearts 4-H Club and has previously held leadership roles including Vice President and Secretary.
Riley Ward was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of September. She is the daughter of Minnie and Randy Ward, and she is a senior at St. Charles High School. Riley is a member of the Home is Where the Herd is 4-H Club and is currently serving on the Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador team.
Emma Decker was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of August. Emma is the daughter of Dawn and Eric Decker and a Senior at St. Charles High School. Emma plans to attend college and major in Animal Science following graduation. She is a member of the Saratoga Challengers 4-H Club and has held multiple leadership positions including serving as the current Club President.

Derek Duncanson was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of May. Derek is the son of Patrick Duncanson and Christy Helke. Derek is a senior at La Crescent High School and a 4-H member in the Silo Happy Hustlers 4-H Club.
Nathaniel Storm was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of April. Nathaniel is the son of Mitzi and Larry, a senior at Saint Charles High School and a member of the Little Valley Victors 4-H Club. He is currently the President of the 4-H club and has previously served as the Vice President and Historian.

Ian Dean was recognized as the Winona 4-H Youth Representative for the month of March. Ian is the son of Janel and Jim Dean, a senior at Winona Senior High School and a member of the Winona River City 4-H Club. Ian has previously served as the club Treasurer and Recreation leader. He plans to attend Winona State University after high school.
