Extension is expanding its online education and resources to adapt to COVID-19 restrictions.
State 4-H shooting sports and wildlife invitational
In 2020, the traditional annual invitational is going to be different. Young people from across Minnesota will have the opportunity to compete in local events including archery, muzzle loader, shotgun, air rifle, .22 rifle and air pistol. Skillathon, wildlife calling, conservation projects and cast iron cooking will be available in a virtual format. Scores from the local events will be submitted to the state and awards will be given for the top placings.
Registrations will be turned in at your local 4-H Extension office and the events will be held in your local area.
To get involved with 4-H shooting sports and wildlife, contact your local 4-H staff.
