Extension is expanding its online education and resources to adapt to COVID-19 restrictions. Join this interactive Zoom webinar to increase your knowledge and awareness of food safety practices to produce and sell a safe cottage food product. Watch live food safety demonstrations. Interact with other cottage food producers. Create and execute COVD-19 precautions and develop a written COVID-19 Preparedness Plan to keep you, your family, and customers safe.

By taking this course, you will meet the training requirement of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture to register or re-register as a cottage food producer for Tier 1 or Tier 2 food sales. Training is required every three years.
