- Know and understand the difference between physical education and physical activity.
- Reduce off-task behaviors.
- Provide a fun and motivating learning classroom environment for students.
Space and time requirements
A single 60- to 75-minute session will equip elementary or secondary classroom teachers and staff with the skills and resources to lead a wide variety of fun, engaging and inclusive classroom energizers that benefit all students.
