Tim and Jenny Scharmer have seen the difference that 4-H can make in the lives of youth. Which led them to start the 4-H Forever Scholarship, giving youth the opportunity to share how being in 4-H has inspired their future for a chance to earn $500 towards their career or college plans.
Applicants must be a current Winona County 4-H member (enrolled in 4-H Online) and in grades 10, 11 or 12. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2023.
