This cohort program is designed for public sector leaders with an interest in enhancing their knowledge, skills, and networks to navigate economic development through uncertain times. The program is offered in partnership with the League of Minnesota Cities, Association of Minnesota Counties, and the Minnesota Association of Professional Community and Economic Developers. County and city administrators, elected officials, economic development authority board members, and economic development staff will benefit from the cohort by: Enhancing skills to navigate change through uncertain times. Building a network of peers for ongoing support. Strengthening confidence and ability to address unknown or uncomfortable issues. Defining your role as a local government leader for initiating economic transformation efforts. The group will meet five times during January and February 2022.
