A team leader facilitating a meeting for their diverse team (age, gender and racial).

Are you new to leading meetings? Do you want to become a better facilitator and meeting participant? Our four-part series on growing your facilitation skills is for you!

Offered online, each 90-minute session builds on the previous session's content and will engage you with tools and perspectives for facilitating both in-person and online meetings.

To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all four sessions and complete a Personal Action Plan.

The series sessions focus on:

  • Designing good meetings — Part 1
  • Facilitation mindset and skillset — Part 2
  • Tools to facilitate engagement — Part 3
  • Handling facilitation challenges — Part 4
