Are you new to leading meetings? Do you want to become a better facilitator and meeting participant? If yes, our four-part series on growing your facilitation skills is for you!

You will access the course via Zoom from 1 – 2:30 p.m. CST on the following dates:

Session 1 (April 1): Designing good meetings
Session 2 (April 8): Facilitation mindset and skillset
Session 3 (April 15): Tools to facilitate engagement
Session 4 (April 22): Handling facilitation challenges

To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all four sessions and complete a Personal Action Plan.

Cost

This course is offered using a pay-what-you-can pricing model. Choose the rate (tuition profile) that works best for you and/or your organization:

$120 — I have a professional development budget, and want to use those funds to learn via this course.
$60 — I do not have a professional development budget, and want to invest personal funds to grow my facilitation skills.
$20 — I want to learn more about facilitation and appreciate that this nominal fee is an option.
