Grow your facilitation skills
Are you new to leading meetings? Do you want to become a better facilitator and meeting participant? If yes, our four-part series on growing your facilitation skills is for you!
Offered online, each 90-minute session builds on the previous session's content and will engage you with tools and perspectives for facilitating both in-person and online meetings. The sessions will not be recorded.
You will access the course online via Zoom from 1 – 2:30 p.m. CST on the following dates:
- Session 1 (October 22): Designing good meetings
- Session 2 (October 29): Facilitation mindset and skillset
- Session 3 (November 5): Tools to facilitate engagement
- Session 4 (November 12): Handling facilitation challenges
To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all four sessions and complete a Personal Action Plan.
Cost
This course is offered using a pay-what-you-can pricing model. Choose the rate (tuition profile) that works best for you and/or your organization:
- $120 — I have a professional development budget, and want to use those funds to learn via this course.
- $60 — I do not have a professional development budget, and want to invest personal funds to grow my facilitation skills.
- $20 — I want to learn more about facilitation and appreciate that this nominal fee is an option.
