Hello, my name is Avery J. I'm a senior in high school, and I have lived in Hennepin County my whole life. 

This will be my second year as a 4-H Agriculture Ambassador. I enjoy spreading the knowledge of agriculture to people and the next generations. 

I have a horse, which I ride in English and Western. I hope to show him this year! Besides being in 4-H, I love to be outside—fishing, hunting and hiking. 

Through my role as an 4-H Agriculture Ambassador, I’m excited to help others learn about the importance of agriculture in our daily lives. I’m especially interested in animal care focused on equine. I also look forward to teaching in classrooms and, hopefully, extending 4-H in the urban area.
