Episode 03: The leadership gap

Solving the leadership shortage

Ben Winchester

Ben Winchester, senior research fellow for University of Minnesota Extension's Center for Community Vitality, joins us for another episode to discuss what he refers to as the "leadership gap," and why it's happening. He also suggests ways communities can better engage newcomers to help fill leadership roles.
