Throughout the summer you can find Chisago County Master Gardeners around the county.
Events:
- Chisago County Fair (July 20-23, 2023)
- Almelund Threshing Show (August 11, 12 & 13, 2023)
You can also find volunteers at Community Gardens throughout the county. Gardens are located in Lindstrom, Rush City, Wyoming as well as the Williams Park Community Garden in North Branch.
If you're in the NB area, Chisago County Master Gardeners are planning to be available to answer questions at the following times*:
- Monday evenings from 5 to 7 p.m.
- Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m.
- Wednesday afternoons from 1 to 3.m.
- Thursday mornings from 8 to 10 a.m.
*Please note that these times are weather dependent.
As always, if there isn't anyone at the locations to help you, you can always bring plant, weed, disease or insect samples to the office.
