Fair registration opens June 3

- Note for horse show registration- Members only need to register one horse in each class . The horse can be changed up until fair check-in without penalty if the horse was properly ID'd by May 15.
- Deadline is July 12.
Carver County 4-H Horse Clinics - Beginner and advanced
- Register for horse clinics directly in 4-H Online or find them in 4-H Online under "Events."
- Game clinic - June 5, 12, 19 and rain date of June 26 (registration/ payment must be by May 29)
- Pleasure clinic - July 8, 15, 22 and rain date of July 29 (registration/ payment must be by June 26)
- Time - Beginners, 6-7:30 p.m.; advanced, 7:30-9 p.m.
- Location: Carver County Fairgrounds West Arena
Practice nights
Practice nights are held on Tuesdays from May 14 through Aug. 13, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., at the Carver County Fairgrounds Arena. Note: No practice nights on June 4, June 11 and Aug. 6.
- 4-H horse project members are invited to practice and participate in clinics over the summer at the Carver County Fairgrounds to improve their skills. Carver County 4-H horse project volunteers lead and supervise these activities.
- Activities will be canceled if two Carver County 4-H horse project screened volunteers are not present.
- Cloverbuds must follow the Minnesota 4-H Cloverbud Animal Policy.

- June 23, 4-6 p.m. at the fairgrounds. Learn all about the fair.
Stall set-up
- July 10, 6:30 p.m., at the fairgrounds for members with the last name A-M
Fairground Clean-up
- July 10, 6:30 p.m., at the fairgrounds-All Hands on Deck (due to rain, it was postponed)
