Ramsey County exhibitors who have earned a trip to the state fair are asked to attend to fill out the required state fair trip paperwork and pay for the trip. This meeting will also cover guidelines for the state fair, Ramsey County encampment, gate/meal ticket info and much more. If you have a schedule conflict with this meeting date, please let us know as soon as you find out you have earned a trip. Exhibitors will know by the end of the day on July 27 if they have been awarded a trip. This way, we can arrange another way to make sure your paperwork is completed before the deadline.
