Participants engage in experiences that promote critical thinking, teamwork and leadership while addressing real-world agricultural challenges. This approach not only fosters a deep appreciation for plant science but also equips youth with the skills and knowledge necessary for future academic and career success in related fields.Webinar participants will gain insights into effectively applying program planning steps as they prepare their own programs. The session will include real-life examples of challenges and successful strategies, enabling participants to apply these lessons learned to improve their own program planning.
