An advantage of being in the later stages of your career: You no longer need to prove yourself. It’s an ideal time to cultivate a “growth mindset”:  To stretch yourself, try new things, and even fail. It can be liberating to let go of the need to succeed and embrace the pure joy of learning. Insights from Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) will be highlighted. OLLI is a learning community for people 50+, offering noncredit courses on everything from the classics, history, science, music, and skill building.

This webinar is part of Extension's 2026 Healthy Aging Month Webinar Series.
