[Denise] Hello and welcome to this episode of Two for You. So we are fortunate today to be in Duluth, Minnesota with the wonderful water just behind us so we thought we'd talk about savoring positive emotions.

[Lori] Right. So positive emotions. Savoring positive emotions research from Sonja Lyubomirsky has found that if we can recall events from our past that are positive and replay them in our minds that that can cultivate positive emotions for us today as well.

[Denise] And by doing that by really just having it tumble around in your mind you get to really extend and a capitalize on that positive emotion it helps reduce your stress, it builds up your resiliency, and it prepares you and focuses you for what's coming next.

[Lori] So whether you're here and now by beautiful Lake Superior and savoring the moment that you're in or recalling positive events from your past, remember to savor that which is good, this month, as you live and lead with intention.
