[Denise] Hello and welcome to Two for You. By now, most of us realize how important gratitude is for our well-being, our mental health, our physical well-being. But do we really know how to enrich that gratitude to get even more benefit for ourselves and the people we are thankful for.

[Lori] Yeah, so often we just say thank you.

[Denise] Right?

[Lori] Right. You know, it's our tip this month is to say I'm grateful to __ for __, right? So I'm grateful to Lauren for putting together all these binders that are super detailed and probably not very exciting, but was really important. So, I'm grateful to you for that _ _.

[Denise] Or an example for our communities. I'm grateful for our city council for hanging in there on the issues that are tough and could possibly divide us.

[Lori] I'm grateful to my colleagues, right, for leaning in when it's hard and having some really difficult situations, difficult conversations so that we can grow and do good work together.

[Denise] So as you can see, it's not difficult to really deepen your gratitude and make it more impactful. So this month, you know what we're going to ask you to do. Use those tools of saying to __ and for __ when you share your gratitude, especially as you live and lead with intention.
