4-H clover Todd County Breakfast on the Farm

This year's Breakfast on the Farm will be held at the Mike and Barb James Farm.

The James family's backgrounds roughly 500 beef steers and heifers each year. This means that they raise the young beef animals from about 300 pounds until around 850 pounds. They then sell the beef cattle to finishing feedlots where the animals will stay until they are ready to go to market.

The "breakfast" will feature cheeseburgers, chips, ice cream and milk. 

Additional activities include a tour of the facility, educational booths hosted by various organizations, children's activities, machinery hill and multiple opportunities to interact with and learn about various species.
