"Move More, Live Better” reframes exercise as a chore and explores the transformative role of physical activity to sustain independence, foster mental clarity and preserve the ability to engage in activities that bring us joy. This webinar dives into the "why" and "how" to bridge the gap between knowing that movement matters and making it a seamless, joyful part of daily life.
