The grandparent-grandchild relationship differs for each family and will change over time. This can be a challenge when overindulgence is happening within the family system. Join us to discuss ways to successfully navigate the relationships between grandparent, parent, and grandchild.

Presenters 

  • Ellie McCann is an Extension educator and professor with the University of Minnesota Extension Department of Family Health and Wellbeing. Ellie’s work focuses on improving the quality of families’ lives through times of transition.
  • Kelly Kunkel is a Health and Nutrition Extension educator and professor with the University of Minnesota Extension. Her work has been dedicated to changing the food environment to improve food access and choice for low-income audiences through programming for food shelves, early care and education, and school settings.
