  • Autumn Stoll is a UMN Food Safety Extension Educator leading statewide programs for businesses under the Cottage Food Exemption law. She conducts needs assessments to address emerging producer challenges, aiming to equip Minnesotans with the tools and confidence to grow their food businesses safely and successfully.
