Sherburne County 4-H'ers are invited to participate in the 2024 4-H Regional Miniature Horse Show held July 19 at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River!
Schedule
Friday, July 19
- It starts at 4 p.m., with the first class entering no later than 4:15 p.m. Note: The show will begin earlier if the game show ends before 2 p.m.
- Harness/cart safety checks will be performed from 2 to 3 p.m. on show day.
About the 4-H Regional Miniature Horse Show
The 4-H Regional Miniature Horse Show will take place on five different dates and locations:
- July 18-19, at Isanti County Fairgrounds in Cambridge - For Isanti County 4-H'ers only,
- July 19, at Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River - For Sherburne County 4-H'ers only,
- July 21, at Morrison County Fairgrounds in Little Falls
- July 26, at Mower County Fairgrounds in Austin
- Aug. 3, at Enchanted Hollow Stables in Buffalo
Please note
- Cloverbuds (youth in grades K-2) can only do showmanship or costume, obstacle at hand and hunter.
- Coggins must be current.
- Anyone who signs up for a driving class and has yet to be certified must participate in a driving safety check.
- Miniature horses measure 38" and under at the last hair on the mane. You must follow all miniature horse rules.

Cost
$25 registration fee; plus $3 per class
Note: Payments must be received before the registration will be approved.
