4-H clover Miniature horses

If you have a horse that is 38 inches high or less, you can show it in a state qualifying show and State Miniature Horse Show.

Classes offered by division:

  • Cloverbuds can only do showmanship or costume, obstacle at hand and hunter.
  • Pee Wee, junior and senior divisions can do showmanship, obstacle at hand, hunter, jumper, driving obstacle, driving, ground driving, liberty and costume.

Regional competition events

You can sign up and participate in one regional event of your choice unless otherwise noted.

Register for these events in 4-H Online. Registration and payment are due one week before the event. 

  • July 18-19, Isanti County Fairgrounds in Cambridge, 8 a.m.​
    • For Isanti County 4-H'ers only.
  • July 19, Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River, 4 p.m.
    • For Sherburne County 4-H'ers only.
  • July 21, Morrison County Fairgrounds in Little Falls, 8 a.m.
  • July 26, Mower County Fairgrounds in Austin, 8:30 a.m.
  • Aug. 3, Enchanted Hollow Stables in Buffalo, 8:30 a.m.
