This year, 4-H Clubs will complete their charters via fillable PDF. The deadline to submit your 4-H Club Charter is 4:00 p.m. on Oct 31, 2024.
4-H Club Chartering Paperwork
Here is what you need to include with the 4-H club charter:
- Checkbook ledger - Treasurer checkbook ledger for October 1 - September 30
- Bank statements - October 1 - September 30 for all financial accounts
- Reconciliation documentation - Summary on the back of bank statement or other proof
Your 4-H club calendar will need to be submitted along with your club charter. You will need to include meeting dates, times, and locations. This information is required for your club charter to be complete. This information is important for insurance purposes. Any changes to your meeting dates, times, and locations need to be reported as well.

- Amplifying Youth Voice training - This is for all youth and adults and takes place during November, December, or January.
- 4-H Officer and Roberts Rules of Order Training - This is for all youth and adults and takes place during January, February, or March.
- 4-H Showcase 101 - This is for all youth and adults and takes place during March, April, or May.
