Scott County 4-H is pleased to offer a two-day overnight 4-H Horse Camp this summer! The camp will be open to enrolled 4-Hers in Scott County and neighboring counties who have completed Kindergarten through grade 13. New and seasoned riders as well as horseless horse participants are invited to attend. Participants will be divided between three separate riding ability levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) as well as a horseless horse group.
Clinic Rotations include: Horse body work, western heritage, riding mechanics, barrels, trail, ranch pleasure, vet talk, showmanship, drill team pleasure (English/Western), and horseless horse classes. Fun Activities include: Scavenger hunt, stall signs and crafts, movie and popcorn!
