Livestock Quality Assurance training helps youth provide excellent care for their food animals and ensure a high level of food safety to consumers. It's designed it to enhance the educational experience of 4-H animal science projects and is required for all 4-H livestock exhibitors participating at the MN State Fair.

1. A face-to-face 3-hour livestock quality assurance and ethics training from Minnesota 4-H. These will be offered in multiple locations statewide. This certification is valid for three fair seasons. This is the “traditional” LQA&E program.
