Below is an introduction from our clinician:
Katie Lins is the owner of Red Gate Riding LLC in Rochester, where she and 3 instructors teach riding to students with a variety of different ages and skill levels. Katie grew up showing horses and competing at the 4-H, local, and state level, along with open and AQHA shows. She received a horse judging scholarship to Northeastern Oklahoma (NEO) A & M College where she competed at the national and international level and earned her AAS in Equine Science. She continued her studies at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she earned a BS in Animal Science and Equine Science. Since then, Katie has been giving lessons, showing and training horses, and continuing her journey to develop her skills and knowledge.
