High oleic dairy farm field day
Dairy farmers, consultants, and agriculture service providers are invited to attend a high oleic field day at Enchanted Dairy. The event will showcase the latest in on-farm roasting technology, weed control, and how high-oleic beans can improve dairy farmers’ profit.
Topics
- Get a firsthand look at an advanced oil jacket roaster operating inside a specialized roasting room. System designer Lyndel Martin will be on-site to answer technical questions alongside roaster manager Austin Schmitt.
- Hear from hosts Jake and Brook Carrow and family about their firsthand experiences with high-oleic soybeans.
- Take a guided trailer tour of the Parkview calf and transition facilities, a walking tour of the main milking and manure management facilities, or have an extended one-on-one session with the engineer in the roasting room.
