Keeping your soil covered from planning to planting

Come to a cover crops field day to learn more about extending cover in your rotation. We'll cover planting equipment, interseeding cover crops into soybeans, drilling into oats, troubleshooting challenges, terminating and grazing cover crops, species selection, root structure observations, cost-share programs, and rotating cash crops like winter camelina and oats.

We'll follow the event with a great dinner from Heimstead food truck and a beef raffle.
