It's time to join other curious, citizen scientists and explore our local lakes and waterways!
Together, we will:
- Explore the outdoors with a team that appreciates nature
- Discover research tools and resources
- Collect samples and data
- Observe invasive species in water and on land
- Learn how to share conservation knowledge and strategies
There will be five sessions held on Tuesdays, from noon to 4:30 p.m. on the following dates:
- June 25
- July 2
- July 16
- July 23
- July 30
Water watchers will meet at the Lake County Soil and Water Conservation District Office, and day trips will occur from there.
New this year: We are looking for adult volunteers to help each week. Contact Tracey to learn more!
