The 4-H Cloverbud program supports the positive development of 4-H members in grades K - 2 as they explore their world, discover possibilities, and practice basic social skills. This age group requires policies and rules that are different from those for older 4-H members. Please use both the Risk Management Planning Tool and the Cloverbud Info Sheet to help ensure that all Cloverbud programs are safe, developmentally age-appropriate, and fun for all participants.
