The Hennepin County Youth Leadership (HCYL) Foundation has been supporting youth and adult volunteers since 1963. Each year, the HCYL Foundation sponsors the Annual Awards and Recognition evening where both youth and adults from 4-H clubs are recognized for their achievements and volunteer service. The Foundation also offers graduating seniors the opportunity to apply and receive scholarships, provides small grants to individuals or clubs, and supports other projects throughout the county.
We would like to know how we can help your club! Do you have a community service project that you are working on that needs financial support to get off the ground? Do you need assistance with materials to promote your club? Do you want to sponsor a project day but are not sure how to fund it? Are you looking for ways to encourage the completion of project records? The Foundation would like to partner with you and your club to support education and leadership opportunities to enrich 4-H.
