4-H clover Fair registration is now open in FairEntry

FairEntry is used for managing county and state fair registration. In order to register your 4-H projects for the county fair, each youth must be enrolled as an active 4-H member in 4-H Online and you must know (or obtain) your 4-H Online family login (email address and password) to sign in to FairEntry.

FairEntry can be accessed at https://swiftcountyfair.fairentry.com, the link is also available on the Swift County 4-H mobile app. New to FairEntry or need a refresher? A detailed user guide can be found here.

The purpose of FairEntry is registering projects for the Swift County Fair in the month of July (July 1-Aug 1). Registering for the fair includes:

  • Signing up for pre-fair or post-fair clean up. All families are expected to sign up for one clean up day or the other. It takes many helping hands to prepare for and clean up after county fair 4-H events.
  • Selecting specific classes for livestock animals. For example....
    • Beef: spring calf, junior yearling, etc.
    • Poultry: egg production chickens, show and hobby
    • Rabbit: small breed junior buck, large breed senior doe
    • Sheep: registered march ewe lamb, speckle face market lamb
    • Swine: registered January gilt, market barrow
  • Registering for showmanship
  • Registering for rate of gain (if applicable, starting weight must have been recorded by May 15 deadline for eligibility)
  • Signing up for livestock interview times

Please note selecting 4-H project areas of interest when enrolling in 4-H Online IS NOT registering for the county fair. 4-H Online and FairEntry software programs are similar, but have very different purposes.
