4-H clover Community Service Ideas in Lac qui Parle County

Through Community Service Projects, 4-Hers develop valuable life skills such as leadership, cooperation and self-awareness.  They then apply these skills to their daily lives and become productive, caring citizens of their communities.  Please consider giving food to the Lac qui Parle Food Shelf.  The shelves need to be filled for others to have food in the cupboard all year long.

County Ideas:
Flagpole by the Exhibit Building for a 4-H flag.
Landscape around 4-H buildings.
Storage closet in the sheep and Swine barn.
Railing for Gehant Arena steps.
Portable photo back drop for Poultry/Rabbit shows or Horse shows.

It would be great to make 4-H visible and presentable at the county fairgrounds.  It's never too early to think of what your club can do for others and for the betterment of the community.  The goal is for each club to give back to the community.
