Fair cleanup

Thank you for helping us to prepare our food stand and exhibit building for the county fair and clean up following fair.

Pre-fair cleanup

Cleanup night will be held on Monday, July 14, at the Sherburne County Fairgrounds in Elk River.

Clubs are asked to provide at least three youth 16+ and three adults to help.

Post fair cleanup

Monday, July 21, starting at 12 p.m. (noon).  We are looking for help with cleanup and with moving the Exhibit Building displays back into storage. All exhibit building committee members are asked to help or to send an alternate helper from their club.

Judging assistants

Volunteers are needed to assist with general judging at the 2025 Sherburne County Fair. Judging assistants attach exhibit cards and ribbon stickers to the exhibits, record results and appropriately display exhibits in their designated area.

Judging assistants may be adults or responsible youth leaders (grades 6 and up).

A meal will be provided to all who can help.

Complete the online form to sign up to help as a 4-H judge assistant.

Food stand shifts

We need you to make this fundraiser a success. 4-H youth are expected to work one full shift in the Sherburne County 4-H Food Stand.

Please sign up for a shift on our SignUpGenius page.
