The County All-Star Award is a way counties can recognize an outstanding volunteer in their horse program.
This year the north St. Louis County 4-H County All-Star Award goes to Ann who went above and beyond this year for the north St. Louis County 4-H Horse project. Ann coordinated free, bi-weekly summer horse clinics for 4-H youth to work with clinicians to improve riding skills. The clinics were very well attended and even brought in brand new 4-H youth. Here is what one family had to say about the clinics
"The clinics have been wonderful. I wish 4-H had these types of things when I was growing up. It’s so good for all of these kids and families that are on a budget, like us. Thanks for putting those together."
