Morrison County 4-H news

There is still time to sign up for the On My Own Day Camp on Wednesday, June 22 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm or the Pollinator Day Camp on Wednesday, June 29 from 9:00 am-12:00 pm at the Morrison County Government Center.

The next Federation meeting is Monday, June 20th at 7 pm in the Extension Office Conference Room.

This hands-on training will be led by young professionals who have all participated in 4-H as a youth.

f you are in grades 6 and up and plan to exhibit an animal at either the State Fair or NE Livestock Show, you must be certified in the Livestock Quality Assurance Training once every three years during your 4-H career.

Join us! Youth who enjoy having fun and like all things performing arts such as singing, dancing, acting, and making props are invited to join Crow Wing County Arts In! 

Updates, reminders, regional and state programs, last minute changes and occasionally fun pictures from the past are posted on the Morrison County Facebook page, University of Minnesota Extension, Morrison County 4-H.

4-H scholarships are given from funds raised during our 2 fundraisers for the year, the fruit sale and the food stand during the county fair. Families who meet these requirements can utilize as many scholarships as their family qualifies for.

The Federation has developed an exhibit incentive program for the 2022 County Fair static (non-livestock) exhibits.
