Learn to create nutritious meals while building and identifying cultural awareness and differences among recipes. Participants will dig into the nutritional value of ingredients and the accessibility/cost efficiency of common household ingredients used to create the different cuisines.
Audience
Youth who have completed grades 6-12 (2023-2024 school year).
