Two themes are offered in different communities throughout Stearns County. Sign up for one or both, and dive into fun with Stearns County 4-H.Camp will be offered at various locations throughout Stearns County.  All camps run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and are for youth who have completed grades K-5.Camp 1: Who stole the cookies?Someone has stolen the cookies from the potluck and we need your help to figure out who it was! Join Stearns County 4-H as we dig into crime scene investigation techniques and science experiments to figure out who the thief is.This camp will be offered: June 13 at the Holdingford Elementary School June 18 at the Val Smith Park in SartellJuly 9 at the Frogtown Park in Cold SpringJuly 22 at the North Park in AlbanyCamp 2: A bug's lifeLadybugs, stick bugs, and ants. Explore the amazing life of bugs! Imagine being small enough to live on a button or use a leaf as an umbrella. Join Stearns County 4-H as we create tiny worlds that are sure to delight and amaze!This camp will be offered:July 11 at the Holdingford Elementary School July 16 Middle School Innovation Center in PaynesvilleAug 8 at the Frogtown Park in Cold SpringAug 13 at the North Park in AlbanyCamp detailsAll campers are asked to wear sunscreen, bring a bag lunch for the noon meal and a water bottle; a snack will be provided.  Non-4-H youth: Must complete a 4-H participant form prior to camp, in addition to the online registration.Medications: If your child requires medication during camp, you will need to complete the authorization form and bring it to camp.Camp will be cancelled for bad weather or low numbers (less than 10). Camp details

Audience

Youth that have completed grades K-5 by June 20, 2024

Cost

$15 per youth

Registration

Registration and payment are due at least one week before camp date.
Current 4-H youth: register at the link below.
Non-4-H youth, (1) register for camp at the link below, and (2) complete the participant form.
