Have you held or touched different farm animals? Do you know the types of foods the different animals provide? The 4-H camp counselors are super excited to bring their animals to this day camp for you to meet and learn about. We plan to have a cow, sheep, goat, llama, chicken, and rabbit. You will find out how to raise these animals, show them at the county fair and find out interesting things you may never have known about them. Join us on June 6 for 4-H Sauk Rapids Day Camp #1: Animals on the Farm!

4-H Sauk Rapids Day Camps are held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following Thursdays, June 6, 13 and 20.

Each day camp will focus on a different science discovery topic:

  • June 6 - Animals on the farm
  • June 13 - Hawaiian color explosion
  • June 20 - Engineering and construction exploration

 

 


 

Audience

Youth that have completed grades 3 through 6.

Cost

$15 per youth per day camp attending
