Healthy aging

The population of older adults in the U.S. is steadily increasing, and people are living longer than ever before. Extension helps aging Minnesotans make informed decisions that will improve their quality of life as they age. 

Healthy aging encompasses maintaining and improving physical, mental, spiritual, financial and social health. Extension offers resources and training for older adults, caregivers and their family members on a wide variety of relevant topics.
