The Women in Ag Network is a collaboration between the University of Minnesota Extension and Minnesota’s Farm Service Agency. It provides educational opportunities and events that enhance women’s leadership, management and production skills in agriculture.
Our goal is to connect individuals to relevant, research-based education and to each other. All are welcome.
Yearly events include the Women in Ag Conference, a summer tour, and a winter workshop.

Annie’s Project
Annie’s Project is a workshop series for women on management and decision-making in the complex, dynamic world of agriculture. Sessions are held around the state throughout the year.
Cultivating Resiliency for Women in Agriculture
The “Cultivating Resiliency for Women in Agriculture” webinar series can help women in agriculture cope with stress. The series is a joint project of American Agri-Women, District 11 Agri-Women, University of Minnesota Extension Women in Ag Network, and the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center (UMASH). Women in Ag Conference
Registration for the 2027 University of Minnesota Extension Women in Agriculture Conference will open fall 2026. The conference will be held in Mankato at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center on February 16, 2027.
