Designed for independent, direct-to-consumer farm producers, Right-sized Marketing for Busy Farms pairs a flexible four-part virtual workshop series with a hands-on, one-day retreat tailored specifically to sustainable, pasture-based, and organic operations.
Participants will learn practical strategies for customer retention, website optimization, visual storytelling, email funnels, and profitable pricing. Through real-world farmer examples, action-oriented planning templates, and peer troubleshooting, this program empowers busy producers to streamline their marketing efforts and boost direct sales.
Office hours will be available for real-time technical troubleshooting and strategy planning. We encourage you to participate in the whole series. If you cannot attend all sessions, you may attend either the online sessions or the in-person retreat. Participants will receive slides, recordings, and action-oriented worksheets.
Online sessions: Tuesdays, January 5-26, 10 a.m. to noon.
The in-person retreat will be held in Mankato, February 16 & 17. Details will be sent after you register.
