PQA+ provides improved animal well-being standards and relevant food safety standards to ensure producers can measure, track and continuously improve pig well being.
Check your certification status
PQA Plus certification is good for three years, so producers need to be re-certified every three years to keep their certification current. To check your PQA+ and TQA status, contact the Pork Checkoff Service Center at 1-800-456-7675.
Upcoming workshops
U of M Extension, in conjunction with Minnesota Pork Board, holds three-hour, in-person training throughout the year. We also provide an online option.
