4-H clover Grant County 4-H Beef and Dairy Showmanship Clinic

Join us for a hands-on cattle showmanship clinic at Werk Cattle Ranch in Herman. Open to 4-H members in grades 3–13 who are interested in the beef or dairy project. No previous showmanship experience is required.

During the clinic, participants will learn about:

  • Feeding and nutrition
  • Daily cattle care
  • Preparing and working with cattle
  • Showmanship skills and ring etiquette
  • Tips for presenting yourself and your animal in the show ring

Whether you're brand new to the cattle project or have some experience already, this is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced cattle producer and get hands-on practice.

Participants will receive a free Werk Cattle Ranch t-shirt.
