The PDC (Project Development Committee) will meet for the following species: beef, dairy, goats, poultry, rabbit, sheep, and swine. The fall meeting discusses county and state fairs, what went well in 2025-2026, and begins the work for the 2026-2027 program and county fair. This is the meeting where staff will collect feedback on judges and begin hiring for the 2027 Goodhue County Fair. All members/families are welcome to attend this meeting.
