Pope 4-H Dairy Clinic
We are so excited to host a 4-H Dairy Clinic this fall with the West Central Research and Outreach Center. This is an exciting opportunity for youth of all ages to learn about dairy and the dairy industry. This also marks an important milestone of our growing dairy project here in Pope County! Clinics and other innovative animal science experiences give 4-H the opportunity to apply for bonus trips and increase our state fair quotas. While never guaranteed, it is exciting to see our dairy trips fill and to all hope for more.
Even if you do not participate in the dairy project or in any animal science project, we invite you to come experience an engaging day of agriculture learning. Join Pope County 4-H for a Dairy Clinic to learn all about advanced dairy care. We will learn from professionals working at UMN Morris on November 15th. Check-in will begin at 2:35PM and end at 2:55PM. This is open to all 4-Hers and their families, as well as volunteers for the dairy project.
