The University of Minnesota Extension food safety team shares University research with consumers, the food service industry, food entrepreneurs and food growers in areas such as foodborne illness, processing methods, food preservation and regulations.

  • Visit the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to find answers to all Certified Food Manager (CFM) questions, including where and when classes are offered, if your certification has expired, and how to process your paperwork.
