Ready for a fun-filled, hands-on adventure in Minnesota agriculture? If so, join us this fall to dive into the world of agriculture while sharpening your communication and advocacy skills at the first 4-H ag ed leader exchange!
You’ll get to explore Minnesota agriculture—from farm to table—through exciting tours and hands-on activities. Plus, University of Minnesota ag education experts will share tips on how to teach ag, craft your message and tell your story. It's two action-packed days of learning and fun!
This experience will be held at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus in St. Paul, with exciting tours around the Twin Cities area. We’ll stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Roseville, where bus transportation will be provided for all activities.
The 4-H ag leader exchange will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 8 and wrap up at 4 p.m. on Nov. 9.
Audience
Youth in grades 7 through one-year post-high school.
Cost
- Free - Register before Oct. 1.
- $25 per participant - Register after Oct. 1.
Registration
Log in (or if you are new, enroll) to 4-H Online, search for "Ag Ed Leader Exchange" under events and register. For assistance, refer to the event registration guide or contact your local Extension educator.
If you’re an ag ed leader in the classroom, make sure to snag your spot by Oct. 7, as space is limited and filling quickly.
