Falls are common in later life, but they are not a normal or inevitable part of aging – about 1 in 4 adults age 65 years and older fall each year.

In this webinar, we will discuss the many factors that contribute to falls and highlight effective fall prevention strategies. Participants will leave with practical, everyday steps they can use to reduce fall risk and support healthy aging.

This webinar is part of Extension's 2026 Healthy Aging Month Webinar Series.
